Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, we do offer delivery for an additional fee. Customers with an established relationship with Ten23 Event Rentals also have the option to pickup.

 

Q. Do you offer decorating services?

A. One of the great things about TEN23 Event Rentals is that you have option to have our team fully decorate your event. Please See www.instagram.com/ten23designs for our Event Decor + Styling Instagram page.

Q. Do you have vendors you can recommend?

A. We have a wonderful list of vendors we would be happy to refer to you once you book TEN23 Event Rentals for your event.

Q. What secures my event date?

A.  A 50% non refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. No date is held without payment.

Q. When is my remaining balance due?

A. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Q. Is the damage deposit charged or held?

The $500 damage deposit is held, not charged, and released within 5 business days after the event if no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning occurs.

Q. What happens if an item is damaged or missing?

Clients are responsible for full replacement cost, payable within 48 hours of notification.

Q. What counts as a late night or early morning event?

Any delivery or pickup after 10:00 PM or before 9:00 AM incurs a $150 fee.

Q. What if my event runs late?

If approved and accommodated:

  • $200 minimum extension fee

  • Plus up to the full daily rental rate

  • Plus additional delivery fees if a second trip is required

Q. Do you charge holiday fees?

Yes. A $150 holiday surcharge applies on recognized holidays and within two days before or after.

Q. Is the table cleaning fee refundable?

Yes. The $100 cleaning fee is refunded if tables are returned completely clean and clear of decor, wax, tape, or residue.

Q. Can I move or modify rental items?

No. Items may not be moved, altered, taped, glued, drilled, or modified in any way.

Q. Do you allow outdoor rentals?

Outdoor rentals are allowed at the client’s risk and must be protected from weather. Weather related damage is the client’s responsibility.

Q. Do you use event photos for marketing?

Yes. We reserve the right to photograph setups for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
